Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you feel an item is not the right fit for your home and you would like to arrange a return, please contact us via email at Support@Mulberrybarnliving.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing the following information: 

-Order number

-Full name

-Full delivery address

 Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return your purchase.

 

Returning Your Purchase

Kindly note that returns should be sent back in the condition they were received and in their original packaging. We do ask that all returns be made at your own expense.

 To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend obtaining a receipt, as Mulberry Barn Living cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

 Please make sure your purchase is returned in its original packaging, with any fragile items securely packaged.

 For the return of larger items, please contact us, and we will be happy to arrange a collection at a time that is convenient for you.

The collection fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

At Mulberry Barn Living we adhered to Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

At Mulberry Barn Living, we care deeply about the quality of our products. If you find that your item appears to be damaged, please email support@mulberrybarnliving.com within 14 days of receipt. Kindly include:

 -Order number

-Full name

-Full delivery address

-Photographs of the faulty or damaged item

 we can promptly address the issue for you.

 

Refunds

At Mulberry Barn Living, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

 Once we have received your item, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable unless your purchase is faulty.

 

Cancellation policy

At Mulberry Barn Living, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@mulberrybarnliving.com as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to facilitate your request before your order is dispatched by our warehouse team. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, and you will need to arrange a return.
