Shipping policy

At Mulberry Barn Living, we aim to provide you with the best service possible and ensure your order arrives promptly and safely. Your order may ship from multiple warehouses so you may receive more than one delivery per order.

Please find our UK shipping policy details below:

Processing Time

·       All orders for in stock items are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday for processing, excluding public holidays).

·       Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

·      Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and over the weekend will be delivered Tuesday onwards (excluding Bank Holidays).

Delivery Locations

·       We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

·       Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Packaging

·       Your items will arrive carefully packaged. If you have ordered long stems these may be bent in order to pack them. These can easily be straightened out once you remove the stems from the box.

Order Issues & Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, please be aware that external factors (such as courier delays, holidays, and extreme weather conditions) may occasionally cause delays. If you experience any delays with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@mulberrybarnliving.com.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
